RED CHILLI MOMOS CHUTNEY,,,


Ingredients

·        Dried or fresh red chillies: 20-25
·        Red chilli flakes: 1 tbsp
·        Chopped green chillies: 1
·        Chopped garlic: 2 large cloves
·        Ginger paste: ½ tsp
·        Tomato: 1, medium
·        Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
·        Olive oil: 1 tsp
·        Salt and pepper to taste
·        A few sprigs of coriander

Method


·        If you have fresh red chillies, skip this step. If you are using dried ones, soak the red chillies in hot water for a few hours till they become soft. I didn’t have much time, so I placed them in a bowl of warm water in a microwave to soften the chillies quickly. Drain and keep them aside.
·         
·        Now blend them and the rest of the ingredients into a semi-smooth paste. You can increase or decrease the number of chillies depending on how spicy you like it. Check the seasoning and serve the red chilli garlic chutney with snacks like momos .

JUICY LEMON CHICKEN,,,,,,,,,,

Ingredients

·        Boneless Chicken Breasts-2 pieces (6-8oz each)
·        Crushed Ginger-2 tsp
·        Crushed Garlic-2 tsp
·        Turmeric-1 tsp
·        Grund Cumin-2 tsp
·        Ground Coriander-2 tsp
·        Garam Masala-1 tsp
·        Red chili(paprika)-1 tsp
·        Lemon Juice-2 tbsp
·        Salt-to taste
·        Yoghurt-1 cup (beaten)
·        Oil-2 tbsp

Instructions


·        Cut the Chicken into bite sized pieces and rub some turmeric and salt.Keep aside.

·        Heat oil in a skillet and add the chicken pieces.

·        Saute until slightly golden and almost cooked.

·        Add the crushed ginger and garlic.Saute for about a minute.

·        Add turmeric,cumin,coriander,garam masala and red chili.Saute on medium heat until oil separates from the sides.Add the lemon juice.

·        Beat the yoghurt in a bowl.Take the skillet off the heat and mix the yoghurt into the chicken.

·        Bring it back on the heat and keep stirring the whole mixture until it comes to a boil.Reduce the heat and continue to cook for about 2 minutes.Garnish with coriander.

·        Serve hot with rice or roti!

YUMMY BASIL PESTO CHICKEN SANDWICH,,,,,,


Ingredients

·        2 12.5 oz premium chunk chicken breast, drained or 2 cups shredded chicken
·        ¼ cup low fat mayonnaise
·        1 cup fresh basil
·        1 clove garlic
·        ¼ cup grated parmesan
·        2½ tbsp olive oil
·        salt and pepper to taste (I used about ¼ tsp salt and pepper)
·        Hoagie Rolls, croissants or baguette bread
·        Optional toppings:
·        tomatoes
·        spinach
·        sliced cheese (I used mozzarella)

Instructions

·       In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the chicken and mayonnaise until combined.

·       In a food processor pulse the basil, garlic, grated parmesan, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

·       Combine the pesto to the chicken and mayonnaise until it is fully incorporated. Assemble on sandwich bread of your choice and place desired toppings on the sandwich.

Banana, Yogurt And Honey Dry Skin Face Mask:

  Put 2 fully ripe bananas, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 cup of yogurt in a blender. Blend these natural ingredients together till they form  a consistent paste. Smear the paste onto your face, leaving it there for about 20 minutes or till it dries out. Rinse your face with warm water.

Cucumber And Aloe Vera Natural Face Mask  To Manage Dry Skin

Peel a cucumber and place it in a blender. Add 2 tablespoons of aloe vera to it. Blend these two natural ingredients together until they form into a thick consistent mixture. Smear this paste onto your face, leaving it there for 30 minutes. Rinse off the mask with cold water.

Egg And Honey Facial Mask For Dry Skin:

Add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil with the white of one egg in a small bowl and mix them well till they thicken slightly. Spread the mixture onto your face. Let it sit on your face for 15 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water.

Milk Facial Mask

Hereâs another way to give yourself a fancy spa facial at home. Make a mask by mixing 1/4 cup powdered milk with enough water to form a thick paste. Thoroughly coat your face with the mixture, let dry completely, then rinse with warm water. Your face will feel fresh and rejuvenated.

 

Oat Almond Face Pack:

Grind almonds and oats to get a powder like consistency. Further add yogurt and honey to make a smooth paste out of it. Apply the pack and rinse it after 15 minutes.

 Cucumber Face Pack:


Mash cucumber, add sugar, and refridge it for sometime.
Apply it on the face, leave it on for ten minutes, and rinse it with cold water.

CASHEW PANEER,,,,,


Ingredients

250 gms Paneer, grated (Cottage cheese)
12-15 cashews, split into 2 pieces (Kaju)
8-10 makana (soaked in hot water for 10 mins.)
6 table-spoon butter 
2 large onions
5-6 pieces garlic (lahsun)
1 t-spoon ginger (adrak)
3 medium sized tomatoes
1 t-spoon garam masala    
1 green chili 
2 small ilaichi, grounded (cardamom)
1 big ilaichi, grounded
1/2 t-spoon Coriander powder (dhaniya)
1/2 t-spoon red chili powder
1/2 t-spoon turmeric (Haldi)
salt to taste

Method


·       Take a grinder and add onion, ginger, green chili, tomato and garlic to it, and blend them to form an paste. keep it aside.

·       Take 1 table-spoon butter in a frying pan and heat it. When it gets heated up, turn the heat to low and add paneer cubes to it. Fry them until they get shallow brown. Then, turn off the heat and keep them aside.

·       Now, in the same pan add 1 table-spoon butter and fry split cashews on low heat till it gets shallow brown, then turn off the heat. Let them cool down, then grind cashews to form a paste.

·       Now, take 4 table-spoon butter in a thick bottom pan and put it over high heat. When it gets heated up, turn the heat to low and add big ilaichi, heat it till it starts cracking, then add onion-ginger paste to the pan and put it over low-medium heat, cook until the oil seperates from the mixture and it turns light brown, Stir the gravy every 2 mins. so that it should not burnt from the bottom.

·       Then, add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Stir it well and cook it over low-medium heat for 2 mins. Add a little water if needed.

·       Then, add kaju paste, cook on low heat for 2-3 mins, stirring continuously. Add some water if needed

·       Now, add fried paneer and makhana, stir again, add some water if needed. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins. then turn off the heat.

·       Serve Kaju Paneer hot with naan, chapati or tandoori roti.

REMOVE SKIN TAGS NATURALLY,,,,,,

                     Skin tags are generally harmless but it is equally  true that they cause discomfort when an awkard place on the skin. Skin tags usually occur on eyelid, neck, arms, lower part of breast and armpit. Skin tags are caused by bunches of collagen and blood vessels that get trapped inside thicker bits of skin. There are some medical treatment but in many causes it will not cover them.
                                 Thankfully there are a number of home remedies that you can try to get rid of your skin tags.

Onion Juice

Cut an onion, and leave it overnight in a vessel containing some salt. Extract the juice from it, the next morning. Apply this juice every night on the skin tag for at least 10-12 days. It will completely remove the tag.

 

The tree oil

Tea tree oil provides a painless way to remove skin tags from your body. This oil has anti-fungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties and it also works to dry out the skin tag so that it falls off on its own. Soak a clean cotton ball in water and then add three drops of tea tree oil to it. Thoroughly clean the skin tag and the surrounding area with soap and water and then completely dry the area. Use the cotton swab that has water and tea tree oil on it and gently massage the skin
tag and the surrounding area three times a day. It is important to use the water because tea tree oil should always be diluted or else you are at risk for skin irritation.

Lemon juice

Lemon juice is a powerful antiseptic and it also contains citric acid which helps to dry out skin tags by decomposing the cells. Take a half of a fresh lemon and apply the juice to a cotton ball. Apply this directly to the skin tag and leave it on without washing it off. You can apply this up to three times a day and continue the routine until the skin tag falls off

 Castor Oil & Baking Soda

This is an easy skin tag removal method. Mix baking soda and castor oil and form a thick paste. Apply this paste on the skin tag and cover it. Leave it for a night. Wash it with warm water, the next morning. Repeat this process for about 10 days until the tag totally vanishes.

Garlic

Fresh garlic has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties which help to improve skin health and dry out skin tags. You need four fresh garlic cloves and then ground these up into a paste and apply the paste directly to the skin. Place a bandage over this to keep the paste in place.


Nail Polish

Nail polish is also a good way for removing skin tags at home. Cover the skin tag with nail polish, and let it dry. Repeat it for 2-3 times a day for a few days until the tag completely fades off from the skin

Leave on for about ten minutes (or until it starts to burn), then wash off and pat face dry.

 Cleanses the Scalp

Cinnamon can also be used to nourish the scalp. Make a paste using 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp warm olive oil and 1 tbsp honey. Massage this into the scalp and leave on for 15 minutes.
Wash off after this using a normal shampoo. Cinnamon acts like an exfoliating agent to stimulate the scalp and provide nourishment to hair follicles.

Antiseptic

Cinnamon has antiseptic properties. If you have an open cut or wound, just dust a pinch of cinnamon over it. Bacteria will be killed and the wound heals faster.

Mix honey and cinnamon powder together and apply on bread instead of jam and consume daily. This will keep you safe from heart attacks. You can apply this mixture on roti’s as well.

SIMPLE TRICK TO FIGHT AN ITCHY SCALP,,,,,,,,,

                                   Before you can stop the itch, you need to find out what’s reason it. There are some home remedies for scalp.
















Baking Soda
Another readily available ingredient that can relieve an itchy scalp is baking soda. It helps relieve itching by exfoliating the scalp and controlling dandruff caused by overactive fungi.

Make a paste with baking soda and water and apply it directly onto your scalp. For best results, rub some olive oil on your scalp before applying the baking soda paste.

Allow it to soak into your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse well with water.

Lemon juice.
Because of its antiseptic properties, juice can help ease your itchy head. Try pouring or spraying some lemon juice on your scalp. It can be fresh lemon juice or from a bottle. If the problem is mild, you can dilute it with water first. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse it out. You can use this remedy daily. It also might lighten up your hair color a bit if you’re looking for some natural highlights.

Coconut oil.
 Another island remedy, oil can work wonders on your itchy scalp, and these days, it’s sold in many grocery stores so you don’t have to search high and low for a jar. Just massage some coconut oil into your scalp, let it sit for awhile, and rinse out. Your hair will be noticeably oiler after this one, but it will help relieve your itchiness — and you’ll smell delicious.

 Onion
Onions are also considered good for prevention of dandruff. Applying juice of onions on scalp for about half an hour pre shampoo can be very effective for curing dandruff and itchy scalp problem.

Aloe Vera
Aloe vera gel contains moisturizing properties, which may relieve excessive dryness and itching. If fresh aloe vera gel is not available, you can purchase the gel.

Spread some fresh aloe vera gel onto your scalp using your fingers.

Allow it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Water
Water is considered the only fluid which can cleanse your body. Understand that it is necessary to drink lots of water in a day even if you drink juice, milk, tea or coffee. Water is helpful in curing dandruff as mostly dandruff problem occurs due to dehydration.
