NIGHTMARE WRINKLES....

                             Worried that your skin looks older than you feel? Yes i am talking about wrinkles that give you nightmare, they are on your face ,neck,hand or any other place due to your skin's  lost elasticity and moister. 

                  These are some easy home remedies that will help reduce wrinkles....   

Olive Oil - Olive oil is a great massage oil for your skin. It is a good source of antioxidants, like vitamins A and E, which fight skin-damaging free radical  

Stay Hydrated - Good skin starts from within. Stay hydrated with water, coconut water, and green tea (which is full of antioxidants). Not only is moisturizing from within important, but water rids your body of toxins.

Bananas - Mash a banana in a bowl with the help of a fork (fork works well than any masher). Mash until you don’t get a cream like consistency. Apply it on the face evenly and leave it for half an hour. Rinse thoroughly. Do not rub your skin until it dries out.

Almonds -Almonds are an excellent source of fiber, vitamin E, iron, zinc, calcium, folic acid, and oleic acid, which combined can delay the aging process and treat wrinkles. 

A few drops of almond oil can really help in getting rid of those stressing crow’s feet. Take 1-2 drops of almond oil on your fingertips and apply it on under eye skin. This is the best home remedy for wrinkles under eyes.  

Ginger -Ginger works as an excellent anti-wrinkle remedy due to its high antioxidant content. Moreover, it helps inhibit the breakdown of elastin, one of the main causes of wrinkles and fine lines.

  • Mix a pinch of grated ginger with a tablespoon of honey. Eat this mixture every morning.
  • You can also drink ginger tea twice daily.

Honey & Lemon - Whether you intake honey or apply it externally, it works wonder. Take honey and lemon juice in an equal amount and mix them well. Apply it on your face. This will make your facial skin tight and wrinkle-free. This will also remove the tanning.

Else, wash your face with warm water and apply honey on your face. Rub gently, and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Then, after washing your face with warm water, rub an ice cube.
Mint
Take 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon of mint, and half cucumber (chopped). Put it in a blender and blend it well. After blending, put this mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Apply it on your face and neck in order to get bright and younger looking skin. Wash it off with warm water. 

How to Prevent Wrinkles?

  • Do not use face products containing alcohol.
  • Buy facial products containing natural oils.
  • Apply a good sunscreen with SPF when you go out in the sunlight.
  • Apply a light moisturizer on the skin, especially on the face.
  • Apply skin tightening mask, once a weak.
  • Do not take stress.
  • Follow a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do yoga and exercise in the morning.
  • Eat fruits and green vegetables.
