BLUEBERRY MUFFIN





INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Grease 18 regular-size muffin cups (or 12 large size muffins).
3. In bowl, mix butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
5. Beat in vanilla, baking powder and salt.
6. With spoon, fold in half of flour then half of milk into batter; repeat.
7. Fold in blueberries.
8. Spoon into muffin cups and sprinkle topping onto each muffin.
9.   Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and springy to touch.

                                    Beautiful hands and feet are equally important just like face and neck. Taking care of hands and feet doesn’t only means moisturizer. Hands are the most frequently used body part, and feets  take a beating from bearing your body weight all day.




Some Helpful Tips:

1.   For the good-looking hands feet, it is required to keep your skin healthy and glowing. You should moisturize your skin twice a day especially in winter.

2.   If you have lines on your feet or hands, use of olive oil is very good. Massaging olive oil helps in the removal of dark lines and patches from your skin. Direct sunrays are also very dangerous for the skin. You should apply sun block on the hands and feet; it protects from sunrays.

3.    Massage your hands and feet with oil for ten minutes daily then wash them with warm water. You can also use massage cream instead of oil for the massage. It relaxes your body and skin and makes your skin looking fresh and refreshed.

4.    To remove dead cells of the skin, mix glycerin, rose water and lemon juice and apply this mixture daily on your hands and feet.

5.   For beautiful and soft hands and feet, it is important to cleanse your nails because dirty nails spoil the whole look of your personality. Clean and trimmed nails beautify your hands and make you look well-mannered and clean. Nail polish can be a good addition but quality of nail polish matters a lot. Using nail polish of low-grade quality makes the nails turn yellow.

6.    Take 1 tbsp of milk powder, ½ tbsp honey, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and mix these ingredients. Apply this mixture on hands and feet for 20 minutes then wash off. You can do this twice a week to bring a natural glow to them.

7.    Regular manicure and pedicure are also important for the skin.

NATURAL HAIR STRAIGHTENING PRODUCT............

                                      The trend of straight, smooth and shiny hair has always,  it look good on any face.  in market many of  product  used to straighten hair such as straightening iron, chemical straighteners and many other hair product. But so many side effect of that.

 Hot Oil Treatments- Regular hot oil treatments is one the best and easiest ways to keep your hair smooth and well hydrated. The heat and saturation from the warm oil will relax the light wavy and curly pattern of your hair. For hot oil treatment, the best options are coconut, olive, almond or sesame oil.

  1. lightly heat the oil you wish to use in a microwave for about 20 seconds.
  2. Apply the warm oil to your hair and massage your scalp for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Comb your hair thoroughly to evenly distribute the oil. It will also avoid breakage while washing your hair.
  4. Cover your hair with a hot wet towel for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Coconut milk mixed with lemon juice:- Grate a coconut to extract the milk from it. Coconut milk has hair straightening permanently properties. But if you add lemon juice to it, it will give you better results. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours. A creamy layer will be produced on the top of the mixture. Apply that cream to your hair and wrap it with a hot towel. Wait for at least one hour. Then, wash your hair with a mild shampoo and dry it completely. You will rediscover your hair with added softness. At the same time, your unruly curls will also become manageable.

Eggs and Olive Oil- Eggs play an important role in making your hair stronger and shiner. Olive oil helps keep your hair well moisturized. These ingredients, when combined together, help straighten your hair naturally.


Milk spray:- Milk is very useful when it comes to flatten your hair. Pour milk in a spray bottle and spray it all over your hair. Wait for half an hour and let your hair absorb the milk. Then wash with a shampoo to discover the new look of your hair

 Olive oil with egg:- Both are known to be the integral parts of hair care. But it is not known to many that olive oil and egg together can do wonders on your hair. Beat two eggs and add adequate amount of olive oil. Mix and apply to the hair. Wait for at least an hour and then wash with a mild shampoo.

Aloe Vera- Aloe vera contains several enzymes that promote healthy hair growth and makes your hair smooth and soft. Also, aloe vera gel easily penetrates into the hair strands and keeps them well moisturized. Due to this moisturizing property, it can straighten your hair naturally.

KHEER WITH DATE AND FIG


Ingredients


  • 2 litrs milk
  • 3\4 cup long grained rice (basmati)
  • 1\2 chopped figs (anjeer)
  • 1\2 chopped dates (khajur)
  • a pinch of saffron (kesar) strands
  • 1\2 cup honey
  • 4 cardamoms
  • almond (badam) for garnishing 
  • pistachios for garnishing

Method
Wash and soak the rice for ½ an hour. 


Put the milk in a heavy bottomed pan and allow to cool.


Add the drained rice and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.


Now add the figs ,dates and saffron and cook till they are thick and creamy, stirring once in a while.


Add honey and remove from fire.


Sprinkle cardamom powder and nuts and refrigerate.


Serve cold.

Use as a Facial Scrub and Body Exfoliant

Make a Hand Cleanser and Softener

Smooth  Your Feet
