RICH CHOCOLATE SAMOSA,,,,,,,





Ingredients


 Dark chocolate grated                1 cup
 Refined flour (maida)                  1½ cups
 Castor sugar (caster sugar)       4 tablespo teaspoon
 Ghee                                          2 tablespoons
 pistachio slivers                         1 tablespoon
 sugar                                         1 cup
 Oil  for deep-frying


Method

Step 1

Combine refined flour, 4 tbsps castor sugar and ghee in a bowl. Mix well and rub till it resembles a breadcrumb texture.
Step 2

Add sufficient water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 3

Combine chocolate and pistachio in a bowl. Mix well and add 1 tsp castor sugar and mix well.
Step 4

Divide dough into 8 equal portions and roll out into medium size rotis. Cut the rotis into halves.
Step 5

Apply water on one edge half and roll into a small cone. Reserve some chocolate mixture for garnishing and place a spoonful of the chocolate mixture from the remaining into the cone and seal to make a samosa. Similar prepare the remaining.
Step 6

Prepare a thick sugar syrup by cooking sugar in 1 cup water.
Step 7

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry samosas on low heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 8

Dip samosas in sugar syrup and soak them well.
Step 9

Garnish with reserved chocolate mixture and serve immediately.
 

WHITE SAUCE PASTA


















Ingredients:



Penne Pasta - 1 Cup


Olive Oil - 1 tbsp


Onion - 1


Green Capsicum - 1/2


Chopped Olives - 2 tbsp's


Mozarella Cheese - little to top up, while baking.(optional)


For White Sauce:


1/4 tsp of Butter


1 cup Milk


1 tsp Maida / all purpose flour


Cheese 1 cube


Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp


salt a pinch



Method:


Boil a cup of Penne Pasta iin 3 cups of water for about 12 minutes.Drain the boiled pasta and keep aside.


Heat a Pan, heat 1 tbsp of Olive oil on it. add chopped Onions and Capsicums and saute them for half a minute. remember not to over cook them. add chopped olives to the pan give a mix. add little salt to taste. 


Olives may have salt, so add very little salt.


Add the boiled Penne Pasta's to the pan and give a toss. so that the veggies and pasta's mix together. switch off the flame and turn them into a bowl. 


For White Sauce:


Heat a Sauce Pan, add little butter and let it melt, now add the flour and fry it well. add boiled and cooled milk to the sauce pan and mix well. remember to turn the flame to medium here. Add a cube of processed cheese(grated) to the sauce pan.


Keep stirring the milk with the flour, till the mix, gets little thicker, like sauce and the cheese should have melted. add little salt and pepper to taste and remove from the flame. 


Now Mix the White Sauce and the Penne pasta and mix well. 


Baking: (You can Grill in microwave or broil it in your oven)


Transfer the Pasta mixed with white sauce to a baking bowl. add mozarella cheese over the top and broil or grill for about 5 -7 minutes, till the cheese had melted and the top had turn into golden colour.


Serve the Pasta Warm.

 Directions:Mix milk, curd and flour to get a paste.
Apply to your underarms
Leave for 15 minutes.

Wash off with water


Potato

The mild acidic property present in potatoes is a great natural bleaching agent. Unlike strong bleaching agents, it will not cause skin irritation.
 Simply rub a thin slice of potato on your underarms.
 You can also grate the potato and apply the juice to the affected area, allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
 Use either of these remedies twice daily for better and faster results.

DON'T BURN YOUR POCKET FOR SKIN SPOTS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

                                   

                                       Skin spots spoil your looks, most of the teenagers have acne and other skin spots on face at some point of during their lives, and adults too have skin spots. When skin is exposed to the sun, it causes an increase in the production of cells known as melanocytes that increase melanin in the skin, thus turning the skin darker. These dark skin patches are known as brown spots, age spots, dark spots, sun spots and liver spots.


                                       If you are worried about your skin spots, there are some simple treatments that you can try at home naturally to reduce dark spots.

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice has bleaching properties that can help get rid of brown spots. Plus, it helps maintain soft, clear and beautiful skin.

Simply apply fresh lemon juice directly on the affected area. Leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat this remedy twice daily for about two months to notice positive results. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the lemon juice with water, rose water or honey.

Another option is to mix enough sugar in lemon juice to make a paste and use it as a scrub on your face, especially on your brown spots. Finally, rinse it off after 5 to 10 minutes. Do this a few times a week. You can also add some oilve oil in this recipe.


 Buttermilk

Apply buttermilk on your brown spots using a cotton ball. Leave it on for a few minutes before washing the area with water. If you have oily skin or acne, you can also add some lemon juice to the buttermilk.

Another option is to mix four teaspoons of buttermilk and two teaspoons of tomato juice together and then apply this mixture on the affected skin.
Repeat either of these remedies once or twice daily until you are satisfied with the results.


Castor Oil

Castor oil has strong healing properties and can be used effectively to get rid of brown spots or age spots. Along with castor oil, you can use vitamin E oil, coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil to remove brown spots.

Use a cotton ball to apply castor oil on the affected area.

Gently massage the area for a few minutes.

Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off.

Do this once in the morning and once at night to help the brown spots fade and make your skin tone even.


Almonds

Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight.

Peel off the skin and grind the almonds in the morning.

Now, add one teaspoon sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon honey in it.

Mix them to make a fine paste.

Apply it on your face.

Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash it off.


Potato

Your vegetable drawer is another source of home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes can be applied in one of the two ways:

Slice up a potato and place one slice directly on the black spots; leave on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water.

You can also make a face mask by combining grated potato with honey.



Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is an effective remedy for healing skin stings, burns and brown spots. It acts as a lubricant and nourishes rashes and blackheads. Rub fresh aloevera gel / oil gently on the dark spots. Allow it to stay for about 45 min before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat this procedure two times a day for one month. Simultaneously, you can also take 2 tablespoons of aloevera juice everyday on an empty stomach for quick results.


Tomato juice

Tomato juice combined with lemon juice is a best home remedy to lighten up blemishes, freckles, dark spots, dark pigmentation and discoloration. Taking this juice once in a day will provide an efficient solution for brown spots.


Onion Juice

Apply onion juice to remove age spots. Rub some onion slices over the affected skin area twice or thrice a day. Red onion acts as a bleaching agent that helps the dark brown spots to fade, because of its acidic nature. Otherwise you can mix 1 tbsp of onion juice with 2 tbsps of honey and apply this mixture on the dark spots for about 15 minutes. Thoroughly wash the affected area to remove the strong smell of this mixture. You can try using garlic juice along with onion juice.

MATER MUSHROOM..........


Ingredients

·         Green peas
1 1/2 cups
·         Mushrooms
200 grams
·         Oil
2 tablespoons
·         Green cardamoms
4
·         Cinnamon
1 inch stick
·         Onions,finely chopped
2 large
·         Ginger paste
1 tablespoon
·         Garlic paste
1 tablespoon
·         Tomato puree
1/2 cup
·         Red chilli powder
1 tablespoon
·         Coriander powder
1 tablespoon
·         Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon
·         Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon
·         Salt
to taste
·         Cashewnut paste
1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a kadai. Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick and onions and sauté until light golden brown. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté for half a minute.

Step 2

Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté till oil leaves the masala.

Step 3

Add cashewnut paste dissolved in one cup of water, stir well. Add a cup of water, bring the mixture to a boil and then add green peas and mushrooms.

Step 4

Cook on high heat for seven to eight minutes or till the green peas are fully cooked. Cook on low heat for five minutes. Serve hot.
