It is an instant remedy for open pores that will
stimulate blood circulation and give you a healthier skin. Cleanse your face
and rub an ice cube twice in a day for about 5-10 seconds. This is a toner that
tightens the pores. Alternatively, you can merely wash your face with ice cold
water. For more benefits, fill the ice tray with tomato or lemon juice and
freeze it. Massage these ice cubes on your face.
Note- People
suffering with sinusitis or meningitis should not use this remedy.

Honey
Honey is incredibly great for skin, as it has
antibacterial, medicinal and healing properties. It contains high amount of
potassium that kills those bacteria which clog the pores. On the other hand,
yogurt is a good source of lactic acid that exfoliates your skin and cleanses
the pores. Make a combo of yogurt and honey, and apply it on the pores. After a
few minutes, rinse it with water.

Egg
whites dramatically tone your skin and temporarily shrink your pores, according
to Stephanie Tourles in her book “Organic Body Care Recipes.” Combine the white
of a small, cold egg with 1 tsp. cornstarch in a mixing bowl, and beat with a
wire whisk or fork until it's frothy. The mixture should not be lumpy. Apply a
thin, even layer to your face, and lie down on your back for about 20 minutes,
or until the mixture dries completely. Rinse with warm water, and repeat once
or twice weekly as needed.
4. Sugar and Olive Oil Scrub
Take 2 tablespoon of
sugar; add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix all
the ingredients and gently rub on your face for 20 to 30 seconds. Clean it with
cool water. For better results, use this remedy once in a week.
5. Baking Soda
Baking soda works as
an exfoliating agent that removes excess oil and dirt from your skin. Mix 2
tablespoons of baking soda in lukewarm water. Apply the paste on your face and
massage in circular motion. Leave it for 5 minutes and rinse it off with cool
water.
6. Oatmeal Mask
Tomato is a natural
astringent that shrinks the size of pores and removes extra oil from the skin.
On the other hand, oatmeal is an excellent exfoliator that cleanses,
moisturizes and soothes the skin and sloughs off the excess oil as well. Make a
face pack by combining these two, apply it and wash after 30 minutes.
7. Raw Milk
Raw milk can be used as a
natural cleanser for the skin. First, clean your face. Apply it on
the face with the help of a cotton ball and softly rub over your face. Wait for
15 minutes. Then, wash with fresh and cool water. This remedy cleanses as well
as seals the enlarged facial pores.

Rose Water- Cucumber Juice
Mix a few drops of rose
water in cucumber juice and dab it on your face, and rinse after 15-20 minutes.
This will lessen your open pores. Moreover, silica in cucumber improves the
skin texture and gives you a fair complexion.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has
anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties that tightens up the pores and
maintains the pH balance of the skin. Take equal proportion of water and apple
cider vinegar. Apply this solution by using cotton ball and wait for a few
minutes. Rinse it with water. For better results, use it regularly.

Yogurt
Applying a thin layer of
yogurt on your skin, just for 10 minutes will do wonders. If you have oily
skin, prepare a paste of 1 egg white (whisked thoroughly), 2 aspirin tablets
(finely powdered) and 1 teaspoon of yogurt. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Use
cool water to rinse off.
